Kevin brings more than 25 years of international financial services leadership to Elevate, with senior experience across banking, lending, credit, asset management, insurance, risk, operations and technology. Having worked across Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia, he focuses on expanding Elevate’s international platform, strategic partnerships and market reach. Kevin connects exporters, financial institutions and government partners to build the capabilities that help companies reach more buyers and grow internationally.

Scott leads the financial strategy and capital architecture that gives Elevate the capacity to fund international transactions with confidence. Working closely with banking and institutional partners, he oversees capital strategy, liquidity, financial structuring and governance. With experience spanning corporate finance, investment and financial strategy, Scott connects Elevate’s lending platform with its funding partners and ECA programs, helping ensure that viable export opportunities have the financial infrastructure required to become funded transactions.

Yann brings exporters, overseas buyers and Elevate’s financing specialists together to turn international opportunities into successful transactions. With a background spanning strategic partnerships and business development, he helps identify where financing can strengthen an exporter’s sales proposition and make capital investment more achievable for international buyers. Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Yann combines strong cross-cultural experience with a collaborative approach to building relationships and creating opportunities across global markets.

Ed brings nearly three decades of commercial credit and risk experience to helping exporters turn international opportunities into financeable transactions. Combining rigorous credit discipline with practical trade finance expertise, he works alongside exporters and overseas buyers from early-stage structuring through ECA engagement and funding. Ed’s solutions-oriented approach helps exporters offer competitive buyer financing, pursue opportunities in markets where conventional financing may be limited and ultimately win more international business.

With more than 20 years of international trade finance experience, Francisco has helped Canadian exporters secure over $1 billion in export sales. He works alongside exporters and overseas buyers to structure stronger financing propositions, identify risks early and turn opportunities into successful transactions. With extensive experience across Latin America, Africa and Southeast Asia, Francisco brings deep expertise in emerging markets and the practical knowledge exporters need to compete and win internationally.

James helps exporters turn international opportunities into competitive, financeable sales. Specialising in cleantech, advanced manufacturing, mining and agriculture, he brings extensive transaction experience across Africa and Latin America, particularly Chile and Peru. Working with exporters early in the sales process, James helps shape financing strategies that strengthen their proposition, open opportunities in challenging markets and give them an advantage when competing against international suppliers.

Diana brings clarity, responsiveness and a genuine white-glove approach to every transaction. With more than a decade of international business and client relationship experience, she supports buyers and exporters from onboarding and documentation through funding, servicing and asset management. Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Diana combines hands-on guidance with proactive communication, helping clients navigate complex international transactions confidently while keeping every party informed and the transaction moving forward.
