Duncan is also an early stage investor and mentor to a number of young companies.

Francisco Garcia is an accomplished trade finance executive, with 20+ years experience structuring transactions in key global markets. Francisco has supported over $1 billion in export sales by actively working alongside Export Credit Agencies from North America, Europe and Australasia. He provides the tools, advice and experience for Canadian companies to successfully grow their business internationally.

In his role at Elevate Export, James provides the support and tools necessary for Canadian companies to grow their business internationally. Previously, he worked as a Research Analyst with a boutique investment firm and brings experience in Business Development and Project Management. James holds a Masters in Management and International Relations from the University of St Andrews.

Propelled by his Master’s in Business Administration, Adrian is a dynamic business development and underwriting specialist, managing and underwritten books of business upwards of USD 850M to date. Having worked at EDC during the past ten years he has worked with small, medium and multi-billion-dollar conglomerates, helping to fund and facilitate purchases such as as a fleet of 40 brand new commercial aircraft, as well as agricultural storage silos, all in the name of helping companies grow and succeed internationally.

Ed Walsh is a dynamic leader who has been active in the underwriting and credit community for over 25 years. Having managed reams responsible for over a half-billion dollars in assets, Ed brings experience from diverse industries across North America. He is an active member of professional associations and boards, and is committed to building productive relationships and giving back to the community.

Scott Rambeau presides over the operational and financial governance of Elevate’s business and loan portfolio. Previously a global consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Scott has been at the forefront of successfully re-engineering company financial systems and implementing strategic recommendations to facilitate growth, retain talent and expand organizations.

Prior to joining Elevate, Jonathan managed Ultra High Net Worth families for Scotia Wealth's Private Banking group. Previously, he has overseen sales activities for growing entrepreneurial companies and held senior positions within institutional banks. As VP of Sales and Trading for Currency Exchange International Corp, Jonathan played a vital role in its OSFI application and transformation into Continental Bank of Canada.

Cristina Gray has over twenty years of experience in International Loan Management, Compliance and Collections. She has managed portfolios up to $200 million in international loans, and has worked with Export Credit Agencies in North America and Europe on indemnification and recoveries. Cristina holds AML and KYC Certificates with the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS).
